Regrettably, we don’t offer refunds under any circumstances. We will however offer a credit for the same amount, provided there’s no damage or wear and tear. Items ordered from our website can be returned in their original packaging, within 7 working days of receipt for a credit note. If there is damage, we’ll deduct whatever amount is necessary from the credit amount to cover the cost of restoring the piece to its original state. However, if the damage is beyond repair, no credit will be allocated.
Please notify us within the 7 day period in order for us to record the expected return via courier.
All items must be returned via courier at the expense of the customer, and the delivery charges on the original order will not be refunded.
